The dramatic last days of Donald Trump’s presidency and the first of Joe Biden’s is the focus in a coming book by investigative Washington Post reporter Bob Woodward, one of the journalists who revealed The Watergate affair that forced president Richard Nixon to resign.
Woodward is working on the book together with Washington Post reporter Robert Costa. CNN reports that the book will be published by Simon&Schuster on September 21. Woodward has published two other books about Trump’s presidency trough the same publisher: “Fear: Trump in the White House” and “Rage”.
“Fear” was published in 2018 and contained detailed reports on how people in Trump’s administration tried to prevent the president from taking certain actions, including stealing draft orders from the president’s desk.
The name of the new book has not been published.
