Women in Data is a non-profit organization, aiming to increase diversity in data careers. It provides awareness, education and advancement to women in the tech industry – specifically in analytics, data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Women in Data started in the fall 2015 with a vision to bring together women for the purpose of career advancement and opportunity to uplift one another. Having started with one chapter in Sacramento, California, Women in Data is an international organization uniting women in the field fostering diversity and inclusion in the technology sector.
