Leadership workshop: How to be an effective leader
Leaders who know themselves well and consistently hone their leadership skills tend to be more effective and memorable. If you want to learn techniques and ideas to become a more inspiring leader, the Guardian is hosting on Tuesday 14 September 2021 a workshop that aims to help you enhance your leadership skills.
During the workshop you’ll explore different leadership styles, and get involved in practical activities to define your own personal leadership plan. Course content includes defining the purpose, motivation and values behind your leadership, building the right support teams and resources to enhance your leadership, as well as common pitfalls to avoid.
Tutor will be Samantha Clarke, a lecturer, changemaker and happiness consultant.
This leadership workshop is addressed to anyone who is looking to improve their leadership skills; managers, entrepreneurs, freelancers or business professionals who are keen to develop their approach to leadership.
