Women in IT Summit Europe taking place on Sept. 14

The next edition of Women in IT Summit Europe, focusing on diversity and digital transformation, is just around the corner, ready to offer a series of discussions, fireside chats and exclusive masterclass sessions.
One of the lessons learnt during the pandemic is that diversity and inclusion matter more than ever. From gender representation and LGBTQ+ rights, to racial and disability inequities, there has never been a more important time to educate ourselves to embrace differences and diversity in the workplace.
On the 14th of September, 10:00am – 12:30pm CET, DiversityQ, in partnership with Information Age and Amazon Web Services (AWS), are hosting the Women in IT Summit Europe, with the aim to help businesses turn conversation into action. The virtual Summit will explore how we can all fight for diverse representation in leadership and support underrepresented leaders, and share insights on how you can fuel your organisational transformation, growth and recovery with data and digitisation.
Some of the topics that will be discussed are the geographically hurdles when it comes to gender, race, disability, age, and LGBTQ+ representation, ways to create a company-wide structure which promotes and empowers diverse leadership and career progression, how to engage the workforce in DEI strategies, and how to create growth and profitability from digital transformation projects. After the discussions, two exclusive masterclasses will run from 2:30pm until 3:30pm. Each session has limited numbers, so you must be registered for the summit to be able to book a place.
