Ten tips to controlling your stress

Sometimes success can be a bit too stressful. Helen Tupper who together with Sarah Ellis is running career development company ‘Amazing If’ and writing management books choose to use her podcast Squiggly Career‪s to share ten rules for calming down noting that the cast was just as much for herself and her business partner as for the listeners.

Tupper shared her checklist with colleagues on LinkedIn. So, here are her tips for action when you are close to melt-down plus a link to her podcast

    4. Done rather than to-do
    5. Refill your bucket
    6. What can you give away
    7. Can-If thinking
    8. Get someone else’s perspective
    9. Read/watch/listen to something bigger than you
    10. Clean up (your brain, your desk, your to-do list, your notes, your day, your email)
