Online workshop: follow your “why” instead of the “perfect career”
Have you ever found yourself being in a “top job” but still feeling unhappy? Many of us have “good jobs” and we’re “really good” at what we’re doing – but many of us still feel somewhat empty, unfulfilled and tired.
Speaker and founder Helene Banner argues that if you’re feeling that way, or if you’re looking for a new direction, then the first thing you have to do is to find your “why” – and then align your career with it.
On the 1st of November, 2021, Banner is hosting an online workshop aiming to help professionals listen to their “inner fire” again: to not only stay in their job because “it makes sense,” but to make their passion the guiding light of their career.
She will share:
- how you can find a powerful inner “why” that guides your career choices;
- how to align even your current job to that “why” and get your energy back;
- how to overcome the pressure of “other people’s expectations” when you follow your own definition of success and your own values as a woman.

Who is Helene Banner
At the highest point of her 10-year career at the European Union, when she worked as speechwriter for the new President of the European Commission, Helene Banner said “no” to her secure career and “yes” to fulfilling her full potential. She quit to follow her “why”.
In 2020 she founded her online business “Let’s Just Be Imperfect, Ladies” in which she supports women in workshops and 1-1 mentorings to find their confidence and their own path, too.
