Trump’s personal online platform closed already
Donald Trump’s personal online communication platform with the title “From the Desk of Donald J Trump” has been permanently closed with Trump’s advisor Jason Miller tweeting the closing is a precursor to Mr Trump’s return to social media.
Facebook’s Oversight Board recently gave the management six months to decide what to do with Trump’s accounts that have been suspended.
Trump’s accounts on Facebook and Instagram were suspended by the management after the Capitol Hill riots on January 6 but without saying if, and when, they could be opened again. His Twitter account was permanently closed.
Trump in April launched his personal communication platform that now is being closed with his advisor saying “It was just auxiliary to the broader efforts we have and are working on. “From the Desk of Donald J Trump” was a section on the former president’s official website, but it has now been removed”.
