Facebook opening offices offering flex options
Facebook plans to open all its US offices by October but they would be re-opened at 50% capacity already in September. The company said it plans to offer flexible work options for staff.
Apple recently announced it plans to get staff back at the office from September. Apple’s staff is expected to work from the office for at least three days per week.
“Facebook’s office will be more flexible for those expected to return – guidance is to be in the office at least half the time,” the company said.
Google and Microsoft have earlier announced that staff will have remote work options now when vaccinations seem to get the pandemic under some control and the offices step-by-step open up after having been closed for around one and a half year.
