Music to be vaccinated by

People all over the world are lining up for the covid vaccine hoping that they step-by-step will be able to return to a life that at least looks a bit like the one we had.  If you have the jab in Salisbury, England you can even have it accompanied by music as the Salisbury Cathedral has been doubling as a vaccination centre since January 16.

The organists David Halls and John Challenger are playing well-known hymns, fairground tunes and classical works for an audience that has one sleeve rolled up.

England’s National Health Service has signed contracts with dozens of large venues that operate as vaccination centres. Among them are a soccer stadium in Oxford, several sports centres and a concert halls and, in this case, also a Cathedral.
